Braemar Ambulance meeting – Nanette welcomes review of retained ambulance cover for Braemar

Speaking following the meeting secured by Nanette Milne, with Nicola Sturgeon MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Health & Wellbeing. The meeting was attended by a cross-party group of North East MSPs and representatives from Braemar Community Council.

Nanette said:

“I was pleased that the Cabinet Secretary for Health & Wellbeing agreed to my request for a meeting to discuss the issues surrounding the ambulance in Braemar.

“The meeting was very positive and it is welcome news that we have been able to secure a review by the Scottish Ambulance Service of the retained ambulance scheme for Braemar.

“Hopefully a satisfactory scheme can now be taken forward and achieved for the local community.”
